Enterprise Engineering, Inc. (EEI) is a woman-owned/veteran-owned 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business providing exceptional services and support. We are pleased to be able to provide world-class professional support services for all NAVSEA Program Executive Offices, Directorates, and field activities.
EEI recognizes the importance of Performance Based contracting and the Navy’s focus on obtaining outstanding engineering, technical and programmatic support services across Navy’s Virtual SYSCOM. The new order of business aims to maximize innovation and cost savings while providing high quality services to the government. Our team recognizes that this demands an innovative management approach; one that recognizes the principles of value engineering while emphasizing outstanding business relationships among our team members.
In order to provide the most outstanding services to the Navy’s Virtual SYSCOM, EEI has enlisted the support of several subcontractors (General
Dynamics IT, ManTech, EG&G, Cruz Associates, Vehicle Controls Technologies and Bearing Point). As a small business, this gives us the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to the diverse need of the Virtual SYSCOM while providing the best possible cost savings. Our use of subcontractors is of a supplemental nature – bring in the right people at the right time to augment our core team of professionals. In many cases, our subcontractors themselves are already Seaport primes so they understand performance based contracting and see the importance of value engineering. In all cases, our subcontractors have excellent past performance and each has at least some experience supporting the Virtual SYSCOM (e.g.,
General Dynamics IT has extensive experience with NAVSEA whereas EEI mainly supports NAVAIR). Overall, we think this arrangement is an
innovative means for a small business to provide outstanding services to a large Navy organization.
