Janice L. M. Buxbaum

Janice Buxbaum founded EEI in December of 1999 after achieving over 20 years experience in military programs, the management of engineering and logistics programs, and business development. Janice is a Vietnam-era veteran who graduated from the United States Naval Academy in the Class of 1980. She spent the ensuing years providing information technology, engineering, logistics, and program management support to federal, state, and local government agencies. Janice holds a Master of Science Degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management from West Coast University.

Gerda Edwards
Executive Advisor / Director of Development

Captain Gerda Edwards, USN (Ret) joined EEI following an impressive 27 year career in the Navy. Gerda is a respected leader, an Information Professional and Enterprise Architect. Her impressive legacy includes forging ahead global IT solutions, overseeing a multitude of IT developments and commanding difficult and complex international IT operations interfacing across joint, coalition, agency, and DOD entities. Gerda holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of Southern California, an MBA from National University, and a Masters of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.
