President/CEO
Janice Buxbaum founded EOS after performing over 20 years in military programs,
the management of engineering and logistics programs, and business development. Janice
is a Vietnam-era veteran who graduated from the United States Naval Academy in the Class
of 1980. She spent the ensuing years providing information technology, engineering, logistics,
and program management support to federal, state, and local government agencies. Janice holds
a Master of Science Degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management from West Coast University.
